Qualifications

• Must be a healthy, compassionate woman.
• Ages 21–39 and at least one prior successful pregnancy.
• US citizenship or permanent residency.
• Body Mass Index under 30.
• Willing to participate in medical, legal, and emotional support processes.

Responsibilities

• Support intended parents by undergoing surrogacy medical processes with guidance.
• Collaborate with the agency's medical, legal, and support teams.
• Maintain timely communication and participate in required appointments.
