Qualifications

• Be between ages 21-39 years old.
• BMI under 30.
• US citizen or permanent resident.
• Have one successful prior pregnancy.
• Maintain a healthy lifestyle and non-smoking history.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the surrogacy process with medical, legal and emotional support from the agency.
• Collaborate with intended parents and the agency team throughout the journey.
• Adhere to medical and legal steps as guided by the agency.
