Qualifications

• Be between ages 21-39 Years Old
• Have one Successful Pregnancy
• US Citizen / Permanent Resident
• BMI (body mass index) Under 30

Responsibilities

• Provide gestational surrogacy services with compassionate care and integrity.
• Collaborate with our agency to follow medical, legal, and emotional support processes for surrogacy journeys.
• Engage with your dedicated case manager and the intake process to ensure smooth milestones and payments.
• Participate in scheduled support activities and ensure timely communication with the agency.
