Qualifications

• Must be 21–39 years old.

• US citizen or permanent resident status.

Responsibilities

• Carry a gestational pregnancy for intended parents.
• Participate in medical, legal, and emotional support processes with agency staff.
• Coordinate with the surrogate program team to ensure timely payments and communications.
