Conceptual Options is seeking compassionate gestational surrogates to help intended parents build families. Our agency offers comprehensive medical, legal and emotional support, along with generous compensation and extensive benefits.

Surrogates receive a base component, monthly allowances, and various bonuses, with dedicated case management and ongoing support. Eligible candidates are aged 21–39, US citizens or permanent residents, with BMI under 30 and at least one prior successful pregnancy.

Qualifications

• Must be aged 21-39 and in good health.
• Must be a US citizen or permanent resident.
• Must have at least one successful prior pregnancy.
• BMI under 30 required.

Responsibilities

• Assist intended parents in a gestational surrogacy journey with medical, legal and emotional support.
• Undergo medical procedures and attend necessary appointments as part of the surrogacy process.
• Maintain open communication with the agency and your case manager throughout the journey.
