Qualifications

• Be between ages 21-39 years old
• Have one successful pregnancy
• US Citizen / Permanent Resident
• BMI (body mass index) under 30

Responsibilities

• Undergo medical procedures related to surrogacy as guided by our team
• Collaborate with the agency and intended parents throughout the surrogacy journey
• Follow guidance from our full-time professional support staff and attend monthly surrogate support meetings
