Qualifications

• Be between ages 21-39 years.
• Have one successful pregnancy.
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• BMI under 30.

Responsibilities

• Provide gestational surrogacy services in coordination with the agency and medical teams.
• Follow medical and legal guidance throughout the process.
• Attend monthly support meetings and maintain communication with your case manager.
