Qualifications

• Be between ages 21-39 years old
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident
• BMI under 30
• Have one successful pregnancy

Responsibilities

• Assist intended parents through the surrogacy process with medical, legal, and emotional support as offered by the agency
• Participate in the agency's intake process and follow the guidance of your dedicated case manager and support staff
• Maintain ongoing communication with the agency and attend monthly support meetings as provided by the program
