We provide a dedicated case manager, 24/7 support, and a path tailored to first-time or experienced surrogates. Applicants must meet age and health criteria, be a US citizen or permanent resident, and reside in the United States.

Qualifications

• Must be between 21 and 39 years old.
• Must have had at least one successful pregnancy.
• US citizen or permanent resident status required.
• Body mass index (BMI) under 30.

Responsibilities

• Support intended families throughout the surrogacy journey with our agency guidance.
• Participate in medical, legal, and emotional support processes provided by the agency.
• Coordinate with your dedicated case manager to ensure timely payments and smooth communication.
