Qualifications

• Must be between ages 21-39 years old.
• Have one successful pregnancy.
• US Citizen or permanent resident.
• BMI under 30.

Responsibilities

• Carry gestational pregnancy for intended parents as part of a coordinated program.
• Undergo medical, legal and psychological screening as required.
• Collaborate with the agency, healthcare providers, and families throughout the process.
