Job summary

Conceptual Options is seeking healthy gestational surrogates in the United States to partner with families in need. Our agency offers comprehensive medical, legal, and emotional support, with generous compensation and a transparent payment schedule.

Eligible applicants are US citizens or permanent residents, ages 21–39, with a prior successful pregnancy and BMI under 30. We provide ongoing coaching, monthly meetings, and a dedicated case manager to guide you every step of the journey.

Qualifications

• Must be healthy and compassionate, with no disqualifying medical history.
• Age 21–39 and BMI under 30.
• US citizen or permanent resident.
• Previous successful pregnancy required.
• Willing to undergo medical, legal, and agency guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide gestational surrogacy services in partnership with intended parents.
• Follow medical, legal, and agency guidelines.
• Attend monthly support meetings and work with a dedicated case manager.
• Maintain timely communication about payments and milestones.
