Qualifications

• Must be between ages 21-39 years old.
• Have one successful pregnancy.
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• BMI under 30.

Responsibilities

• Support the surrogacy journey by following medical, legal, and agency guidance.
• Maintain open communication with the surrogate program and case manager.
• Attend monthly support meetings and utilize the 24/7 emergency line.
