Ideal candidates are healthy, aged 21–39, US citizen or permanent resident, with BMI under 30 and at least one prior successful pregnancy. We provide a dedicated case manager and 24-hour emergency support to ensure a smooth process.

Qualifications

• Must be healthy, compassionate, and committed to the surrogacy journey.
• US citizen or permanent resident status required.
• Body Mass Index (BMI) under 30.
• Between 21 and 39 years old with at least one successful prior pregnancy.

Responsibilities

• Participate in gestational surrogacy with agency-backed medical and legal support.
• Maintain open communication with intended parents and the case team.
• Follow medical and legal protocols provided by the agency.
• Engage in monatly support and attend onboarding and check-ins as needed.
