Qualifications

• Must be a healthy, compassionate woman willing to undergo medical procedures.
• Be between ages 21 and 39 years old.
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• BMI under 30.
• Have one successful pregnancy.
• Commitment to a surrogacy journey and ability to follow medical and legal guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Receive comprehensive medical, legal, and emotional support throughout the process.
• Work with a dedicated case manager and 24-hour emergency line.
• Ensure payments are received on time and attend monthly support meetings.
• Maintain open communication with the agency and intended parents.
