Job summary

Mercor seeks experienced management and strategy consultants fluent in German to train and evaluate AI agents on realistic professional tasks. The role is remote with about 21 hours per week, paid at $65/hour, with a pilot running Oct 23 to Nov 19.

You will build workspaces and files, write prompts, and create grading rubrics based on real German consulting work, focusing on Strategy, Operations and Restructuring for DACH clients. Prior Germany-market experience is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in management or strategy consulting.
• Native or fluent in German.
• Degree from a top-20 university in Germany.
• Experience with strategy, operations and restructuring work for clients in Germany / DACH, incl. Mittelstand and industrial clients.

• Train and evaluate AI agents on realistic professional tasks.
