Job summary

Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions in Hungary is seeking a security professional responsible for governing security standards across the group and guiding the Security Business Partner Program. You will support business units with security processes, procedures, and tools, and oversee KPI-backed audits and certifications.

Qualified candidates have a security/IT degree, several years in InfoSec, ISO/TISAX knowledge, and strong German communication skills.

Qualifications

• University degree with a security or IT focus.
• Fluency in German at C-level and strong communication skills.
• Several years of practical Information Security experience.
• Knowledge of security standards (ISO 27001, ISO 22301, ISO 27701, TISAX).
• Experience with internal/external audits as lead or co-auditor.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools including SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Drive and enforce group-wide security governance standards.
• Manage the Security Business Partner Program to support objectives.
• Support business units with security processes, procedures, and tools.
• Oversee security requirements documentation through KPIs, reporting, audits, and certifications.
