Qualifications

• Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree with a major concentration in German or 24 semester hours in German/World Languages.
• Experience teaching German at middle- or upper-school levels is preferred.
• Ability to follow curriculum guides, plan, assess, and deliver instruction in a college-preparatory program.

Responsibilities

• Teach German to cadets in a college-preparatory program.
• Follow curriculum guides and provide planning, preparation, assessment, and instruction.
• Maintain a structured classroom environment and encourage student participation and success.
• Provide timely grades, reports, and communication with parents.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in ongoing professional development.
• Fulfill faculty duties including chapel attendance and student advising.
• Maintain professional credentials and complete background screenings.
