Job summary

Riderwood Village by Erickson Senior Living in Silver Spring, Maryland is seeking a Staff Physician to join our physician-led geriatrics practice, delivering compassionate, high-quality care to residents across the continuum of aging.

The compensation package starts at $210,000–$265,000 per year (base + bonus + incentive), with a signing bonus, full malpractice coverage, CME allowance, 401(k) matching up to 3%, and dues reimbursement. A geriatric fellowship is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires a medical degree from an accredited program and completion of a primary care residency.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Practice is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality geriatric care within a physician-led practice.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to coordinate resident care.
• Maintain comprehensive medical records and ensure quality patient outcomes.
