Job summary

Kaiser Permanente Northern California (TPMG) is seeking a Geriatrician/Skilled Nursing Care Physician for a full-time role in Modesto, CA. The physician will cover skilled patients and follow long-term care patients in a post-acute setting.

The compensation includes a full-time annual salary range of $320,040 to $330,000 plus incentives up to $44,350, with potential prorated schedules. Relocation and other benefits may apply.

Qualifications

• Board-certified geriatrician or IM/FM trained physician.
• Experience in post-acute and long-term care settings preferred.
• Interest in improving quality of life for vulnerable populations.

Responsibilities

Full-time opening for a Geriatrician/Skilled Nursing Care Physician. We are looking for a Physician with a passion for improving the quality of life of our most vulnerable population and their families to work in the Post-Acute and Long-Term Care arena. We are seeking Geriatricians or IM/FM trained Physicians to cover skilled patients and follow long-term care patients in Modesto, CA.

Full-time annual salary range is $320,040 to $330,000 plus additional potential incentives up to $44,350*. Reduced schedules with pro-rated compensation may be available. *Some incentive opportunities are estimates based on potential premium pay.
