Job summary

Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group is seeking a per-diem BC/BE Geriatric physician to provide post-acute and long-term care in skilled nursing facilities and onsite clinics in the San Francisco Bay Area. After-hours coverage is handled by the MD Triage team, with no weekend requirements.

The role offers flexibility and strong support from a large multi-specialty network. Qualified candidates hold a California medical license, fellowship in geriatric medicine, BE/BC geriatrics, and a DEA

Qualifications

• California Medical License required.
• Fellowship in Geriatric Medicine completed.
• BE/BC in Geriatrics required.
• DEA Certificate held.

Responsibilities

• Post-acute and long-term patient care in skilled nursing facilities.
• Onsite clinic support across primary and specialty care.
• After hours coverage (10pm–7am) provided by MD Triage team.
• No weekend requirements.
