Job summary

Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, PA, seeks a full-time BC/BE Geriatrician to join our outpatient Memory Care Clinic.

The division includes seven Geriatricians and three FTE NPs; faculty roles include teaching and scholarly engagement within Penn State College of Medicine. Candidates must have an MD/DO or foreign equivalent, board eligibility/certification in Geriatric Medicine, and complete/reside in Geriatric Medicine Fellowship.

Qualifications

• MD/DO or foreign equivalent; board eligible or board certified in Geriatric Medicine.
• Completed Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency.
• Completed or enrolled in a Geriatric Medicine Fellowship program.
• Expertise in neurodegenerative brain disease diagnosis, biomarker and brain imaging interpretation, and non-pharmacologic support/education.

Responsibilities

• Join our outpatient Memory Care Clinic as a geriatrics faculty member.
• Mentor learners across disciplines and participate in teaching and scholarly activities.
• Contribute to clinical care, education, and research within an academic environment.
