You will join a collaborative team including social workers, nurses, rehab therapists and pharmacists specializing in geriatrics.

This role offers robust inpatient consults and specialized memory impairment care at our Center for Success in Aging, plus access to PACE programs at multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive evaluation, consultation, and treatment services to geriatric patients in a variety of settings.
• Collaborate with social workers, nurses, rehabilitation therapists and pharmacists specialized in older adults.
• Robust inpatient consult service.
• Specialized memory impairment care at the Center for Success in Aging.
• PACE programs available at many facilities.
