Qualifications

- Minimum one-year experience as a Nurse Practitioner is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide high quality care to the frail geriatric population.
- Conduct outpatient acute visits and manage chronic illness.
- Develop a patient panel in outpatient settings.
