Job summary

The Division of Geriatrics in the Department of Medicine at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for several Instructor positions in the Academic Support Staff. This appointment will be initially for one (1) year and continuation during that time period and renewal are based on satisfactory performance and availability of funding (limited to three (3) years).

Applicants must have an M.D.

Qualifications

• MD or equivalent degree required.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in geriatric medicine.

Responsibilities

• Teach medical students, residents, and fellows.
• Provide clinical care in House Calls, ambulatory care, and ACE unit.
• Participate in GWEP activities and scholarly work such as courses, grants, or manuscripts.
• Discuss goals with Division Chief/mentor to guide development.
