American Geriatrics Society seeks a Family Medicine physician to provide patient-centered care for medically complex seniors in established assisted living and senior living communities in the Plano and North Dallas area.

You will see 8-10 patients per day, enabling thorough, thoughtful assessments. The schedule is flexible on weekdays and emphasizes quality care over volume, with a physician-led organization supporting operations, scheduling, billing, IT, triage, and marketing.

Compensation & Benefits

• $250,000 - $300,000 guaranteed base salary with additional performance-based incentive opportunities
