Job summary

The Kendal Clinic at Hanover, NH, within the Kendal at Hanover Continuing Care Retirement Community, is seeking an enthusiastic APRN or PA to join our geriatrics team. The position involves geriatric primary care, chronic disease management, clinic visits, home and Health Center visits, and palliative care within an interdisciplinary team.

Excellent communication, autonomous clinical skills, and on-call responsibilities are expected.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited APRN or PA program.
• National specialty certification as FNP, WHNP, PNP, ANP or NCCPA certification.
• Eligible for NH RN licensure (APRN only) and NH APRN/PA licensure.
• Eligible for Federal DEA Registration; BLS certification
