Job summary

Geriatric Value-Based Medicine invites BC/BE physicians to join their value-based clinics across multiple locations. Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Geriatrics specialists are encouraged to apply, with bilingual Spanish/English ability preferred.

EMR: eClinicalWorks; HEDIS experience is a plus but not required. The position offers a competitive salary with bonus structure, and experienced providers can earn at least $300,000 in the first year, plus a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Geriatrics interest required.
• Bilingual Spanish/English may be required.
• HEDIS experience a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Join employed physician group in value-based clinics across multiple locations.
• Provide patient care with extended appointment times to spend quality time with patients.
• Manage a daily patient load of 12–15; schedule Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm.

Geriatric Value-Based Medicine – Multiple Locations

• Employed physician group is seeking BC/BE physicians to join their value-based clinics
• Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Geriatricians encouraged to apply. Geriatric interest required
• Competitive salary and bonus structure offered – experienced providers can earn at least 300K in first year
• Multiple opportunities available: Georgia, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Florida, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia
• Extended appointment times allow providers to spend quality time with patients
• Average patient volume: 12-15 per day
• Monday – Friday schedule from 8 am to 5 pm
• Some positions to require candidate to be bilingual in Spanish and English
• Clinics are setup with both provider and patient in mind – larger hallways, larger exam rooms to include families, exam tables that manipulate to accommodate all patients

• HEDIS experience a plus but not required
