Job summary

UofL Health's University of Louisville Department of Family and Geriatric Medicine seeks a full-time geriatrician to join the department as clinical faculty in Louisville, KY. This is a non-academic role.

Applicants should be board-certified or board-eligible in Family or Internal Medicine and obtain licensure in Kentucky. The candidate will supervise geriatric fellows and work with residents and students to support education and clinical service in the Trager Optimal Aging Clinic.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Kentucky medical licensure required.
• Experience teaching residents and fellows preferred.
• Fellowship in geriatric medicine is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope primary and consultative care for older adults.
• Supervise geriatric fellows and work with residents and students.
• Engage in education and clinical service within the Trager Optimal Aging Clinic.
