Colorado Physician Partners / Family Medicine Clinic is seeking an outpatient geriatric-focused internal medicine physician in the Denver metro area. 1.0 FTE, about 18 patients per day, APP supervision required, and Allscripts EHR.

The role emphasizes geriatric care in an outpatient setting with a supportive team and competitive compensation including a base of $250k plus productivity bonus, comprehensive health benefits, 401(k) matching, and strong malpractice coverage.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in geriatrics.
• Experience supervising advanced practice providers.
• Outpatient geriatric internal medicine experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient geriatric internal medicine care to patients.
• Supervise APPs and coordinate care teams.
• Manage call schedule and workflow within the clinic.

Job Description:

Colorado Physician Partners / Family Medicine Clinic is looking for an outpatient geriatric focused internal medicine physician in the Denver metro area.

Colorado Physician Partners (CP2) is a member of the independent practice association (IPA), PHPprime. PHPprime provides wrap-around services to help make our practice successful, including care coordination, practice transformation coaching, risk adjustment coding education, population health management, data and analytics, specialist network management and large group contracting.

The Position:

• 1.0 FTE opportunity
• Approximately 18 patients per day
• APP supervision is required
• Call schedule 1:6
• EHR – Allscripts

Qualified Candidates:

• Board eligible / board certified geriatrician
• Supervisory Skills and interest in working with advanced practice providers.
