Job summary

Washington Permanente Medical Group in Washington state seeks part-time to full-time BC/BE Geriatric fellowship trained physicians to join our Bellevue and Olympia clinics. The role features a hybrid of in-clinic and virtual e-consult visits in an integrated care delivery system.

You will work with a collaborative care team across multiple services, with a strong emphasis on patient-centered, evidence-based care and efficient use of telehealth resources.

Qualifications

• Part-time to full-time (0.5-1.0 FTE) BC/BE Geriatric fellowship trained physician(s) to join Bellevue and Olympia clinics.
• Ideal candidates will have experience with telehealth and digital health or the flexibility to incorporate virtual care into their practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient geriatric care in Bellevue and Olympia clinics.
• Hybrid of in-clinic and virtual e-consult visits.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams and Telehealth Medical Center staff for 24/7 coverage.
