Mass General Brigham is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Geriatrician to join a well-established community practice serving older adults in Northampton, MA. You will perform comprehensive geriatric assessments, manage dementia-related symptoms, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across specialties.

Qualifications

• Perform comprehensive geriatric assessments and identify patient goals and needs.
• Manage behavioral and psychological symptoms of dementia using pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic approaches.
• Coordinate cost-conscious referrals and collaborate across specialties and services.
• Provide inpatient geriatric consultations, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Partner with a multidisciplinary inpatient team to advance Age-Friendly Health System practices and track key outcomes.

Responsibilities
