Qualifications

• Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the practicing state.
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.
• Willingness to work in a mobile, facility-based setting within a 40-60 mile radius.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside wound care in facilities across SNFs and LTACHs.
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at facilities.
• Document care in real-time using the proprietary wound-specific EMR.
