Responsibilities

• Monitor residents' health status and document changes.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Communicate with families and primary physicians.
• Prepare and file nursing progress notes and charting per policy.
• Ensure resident safety and respond to concerns.
• Attend meetings and in-service training; participate in incident reporting.
• Direct caregivers to ensure care meets standards and policies.
• Follow emergency plans and safety procedures.
