Sobe Innovative Rehab in Boca Raton, FL seeks a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide geriatric therapy in a single location, with flexible PRN scheduling and no driving between patients.

You will evaluate and treat geriatric patients, collaborate with families and physicians, and document in the EMR to ensure high-quality care. New graduates are welcome, and a supportive team environment is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Speech Therapy.
• Active Florida SLP license.
• New graduates and experienced therapists are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in assisted living and/or home settings.
• Communicate with families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Complete accurate, thorough daily documentation in the EMR.
