Job summary

Spring View Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide comprehensive SLP services to residents in a dedicated therapy department. You will screen and evaluate patients, develop initial and ongoing treatment plans, and participate in discharge planning and case management with an interdisciplinary team.

Your role includes supervising SLP assistants and rehab techs as needed while maintaining professional conduct and adherence to applicable guidelines

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Valid state Speech Language Pathologist license.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification where applicable.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and basic internet navigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology services with quality patient care, including screening, evaluation, treatment planning, discharge planning, and case management.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations governing speech-language pathology practice.
• Provide supervision to assistants and rehab techs as applicable.
• Communicate regularly with Directors and interdisciplinary team members about departmental activities and operations.
• Develop and enhance SLP programs and services to support quality outcomes.
• Maintain confidentiality of facility and patient information.
