Job summary

Qualifications

• Education/degree requirements recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.

Responsibilities

• Assess psychosocial problems and provide short-term, solution-focused counseling.
• Coordinate case management with the outpatient interdisciplinary team.
• Liaise with VA and community resources to ensure timely service delivery.
• Establish therapeutic relationships with Veterans and their families.
• Precept social work students and mentor less experienced staff.
