Job summary

Freedom Behavioral Hospital of Plainview in Plainview, Texas seeks an experienced licensed professional to join our Clinical Services Team. You will provide individual, group and family counseling in an age-appropriate, culturally sensitive setting.

The role collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to manage discharge planning, clinical documentation, and quality assurance, following Joint Commission and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be Texas-licensed (LPC/LMSW/LCSW) in good standing.
• Master's degree in social work from an accredited program.
• At least three years of full-time experience in psychiatry/psych.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; organized and able to manage high-volume workload.
• Therapeutic intervention/de-escalation education required; CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group and family sessions as indicated.
• Participate in the multi-disciplinary team and chart reviews for quality assurance.
• Assist with discharge and after-care planning and document clinical summaries.
• Review psychosocial documentation and develop clinical notes.
• Deliver clinical counseling in age/disability/culturally sensitive settings.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
