Job summary

Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to serve geriatric patients in the Palm Coast area. The role features PRN flexibility and a schedule you can build, with no driving between patients and care in one location.

We welcome new graduates and experienced therapists who want to leverage clinical judgment to support independence and quality of life for seniors in Palm Coast, FL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Speech Therapy.
• Active Florida SLP license.
• New graduates welcomed; experienced therapists encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in assisted living and/or home settings.
• Communicate with families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Complete accurate, thorough daily documentation in the EMR.

Education

Speech-language pathology degree (Bachelor/Master/Doctoral)

Florida SLP license
