Sobe Innovative Rehab is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in Palm Coast, FL 32137 for PRN work with flexible scheduling. Earn $90–$200 per evaluation or treatment and enjoy the convenience of treating patients in one location.

Provide geriatric therapy, evaluate and treat in assisted living and/or home settings, and document thoroughly in the EMR while collaborating with families and healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Speech Therapy.
• Active Florida SLP license.
• New graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in assisted living and/or home settings.
• Communicate with families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Complete accurate, thorough daily documentation in the EMR.
