Job summary

Trevecca Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Tennessee is seeking a full-time Respiratory Therapist to join our skilled nursing team. Candidates must have a COARC-accredited AS or BS in Respiratory, be licensed as the RRT or CRT, and hold state licensure.

The RT will assess residents, initiate therapies, operate and maintain equipment, and document care daily. Experience with tracheostomy and long-term care settings is preferred, with accountability for bedside treatments.

Qualifications

• Graduate of COARC accredited AS or BS Respiratory program.
• Licensed as RRT or CRT and licensed in the practice state.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments and implement respiratory techniques to progress residents.
• Initiate therapies, maintain patient records, operate, check, and assemble equipment.
• Complete bedside treatments and participate in quarterly in-services for nursing staff.
