Job summary

A leading rehabilitation center in California is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide direct patient care, develop treatment plans, and supervise support staff. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Physical Therapy, excellent communication skills, and experience in geriatric rehabilitation. This role also includes thorough documentation of patient progress and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective care.

Qualifications

• Experience in geriatric rehabilitation preferred.
• Experience in adult neurological, cardiac, and/or general rehabilitation is preferred.
• Current Physical Therapist Registration and State Licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and support activities for therapy department.
• Conduct accurate patient evaluations and develop effective treatment plans.
• Document all services and treatments in accordance with regulations.

Skills

Knowledge in Physical Therapy evaluation and treatments

Ability to supervise and direct assistants and aides

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Education

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy
