Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s/Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• Experience in geriatric rehabilitation preferred.
• Current Physical Therapist Registration/State Licensure.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with restoration of function.
• Develop treatment plans and obtain physician approvals.
• Supervise PTAs/assistants and aides in patient care.
• Document assessments and treatment notes accurately.
• Communicate patient progress to supervisor and team.
• Educate patients and families on home programs.
• Collaborate with discharge planners and rehab conferences.
• Maintain safety and professional standards.
