Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Valid OT license/registration in the state of practice.
• Experience supervising OT Assistants.
• Experience in long-term care or geriatric care preferred.
• Strong documentation skills.
• Experience with evaluations, progress notes, discharge documentation.
• Collaborates with disciplines to provide patient-centered care.
• Professionalism and punctuality; maintain confidentiality.
