The Riverside Premier Rehabilitation and Healing Center is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. The COTA will provide patient-centered care, document progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve goals.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid professional license and registration in the state.
• Provide comprehensive treatment under supervision of OT.
• Experience with long-term or geriatric care preferred.
• Strong documentation skills and timely progress notes.
• Collaborate with disciplines to provide patient-centered care.
• Exceptional patient service and clinical excellence.
• Punctual, professional, and adhere to scheduled hours.
• Perform duties assigned by Director of Rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Carry out treatment plans under OT supervision.
• Document patient progress weekly.
• Collaborate with rehabilitation team to ensure best care.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical records.
• Assist with all duties as directed by Director of Rehabilitation.
