Job summary

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support high-quality rehab services for seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. On-site role covers treatment plans created by Physical Therapists, with exercises, gait/balance training, and functional mobility interventions to improve safety and independence.

You will document progress in EMRs, collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team, and benefit from mentorship and growth

Qualifications

• Compassionate PTA providing high-quality rehab for seniors.
• Experience collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team is preferred.
• Ability to document progress in EMRs accurately.

Responsibilities

• Carry out treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, and functional mobility interventions.
• Document progress in EMRs and communicate with the care team.
• Support seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
• Participate in a collaborative, growth-oriented clinical environment.
