Job summary
Manchester Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Full Time Physical Therapy Assistant to join our skilled nursing facility team. The PTA will assist the supervising PT, evaluate and treat residents with mobility, pain relief, and functional goals.
Candidates must be licensed in the practicing state and able to work independently without direct supervision. SNF experience preferred.
Qualifications
- Must hold a state-licensed PTA.
- Experience in skilled nursing facility preferred.
- Ability to evaluate and treat with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Assist the PT with therapies to improve mobility and relieve pain.
- Promote wellness and functional activities to help residents improve.
