Job summary
The Hamlet Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center at Nesconset is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our geriatric-focused team in a skilled nursing setting.

Qualifications
- Must possess an active PTA license in the practicing state.
- Ability to evaluate and treat residents independently without direct supervision.
- Geriatric population passion and comfort with skilled nursing care.
- SNF experience preferred but not required.
