The Hamlet Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center at Nesconset is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our geriatric care team in a Skilled Nursing Facility. You will work under the supervision of a licensed PT to evaluate and treat residents, promoting mobility and independence.

Qualified candidates should hold an active PTA license in New York and be able to perform therapies independently while delivering engaging, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Valid state license to practice as PTA.
• Ability to evaluate and treat residents independently.
• Geriatric population experience preferred.
