Job summary

Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center in New Jersey is seeking a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our skilled nursing team. The PTA will assist the PT with therapies to improve mobility, relieve pain, and promote overall wellness for our geriatric residents.

Candidates must hold a valid PTA license in the state, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and participate in functional activities to enhance residents' experiences.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid PTA license in the state of practice.
• Ability to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision.
• SNF experience preferred but not required.
