Preferred Therapy Solutions, LLC is hiring a Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) for our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department in New Milford, CT. You will work with geriatric patients, handling a mix of short-term and long-term care cases, with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapy license or license eligible in the state of employment.
• Experience in sub-acute/skilled nursing settings preferred.
• Good communication and collaboration with rehab staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility.
• Work with rehab therapists and nursing staff in a team-focused environment.
